Eveleth Hosts First Halloween Trunk-or-Treat

The city of Eveleth hosted its first Trunk-or-Treat event on Halloween afternoon. 17 individuals and groups handed out candy, including the new mayor, Eveleth Police/Fire/Ambulance services, and Eveleth Masonic Lodge. Lodge members Brian Haines, Kevin Peterson and Kerry Roen shared plenty of sweet treats with 124 ghouls, goblins, princesses, and butterflies. Local police and fire vehicles blocked the road to traffic to ensure safety.
