Scholarship Winner: Lauren Day!

Each week throughout the summer, we will be introducing one of our scholarship winners! This week, meet Lauren Day: Lauren Day is the daughter of Dwight and Georgia Day of Gilbert. While at Eveleth-Gilbert High School, Lauren was active in the National Honor Society, Vice President of the Student Council, a member of the Knowledge Bowl Team, Youth in Action, and Volunteers in Action. She was in the marching band as the Flags Captain and she was on the Prom Committee. Lauren was also captain of the golf team and played hockey. Lauren will attend the University of MN in Moohead to pursue a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pre-Physical Therapy. She will then go on to achieve a Doctorate in Phy

Scholarship Winner: Sebastian Sebunia!

Each week throughout the summer, we will be introducing one of our scholarship winners! This week, meet Sebastian Sebunia: Sebastian Sebunia is the son of Nicholas Sebunia of Aurora. While at Mesabi East High School, Sebastian was active in Student Council, Knowledge Bowl, Youth in Action, the Senior Class President of Upward Bound, and was in both Concert and Pep Bands. He was also a member of the swim team. Sebastian will attend Moorhead State University and is planning on pursuing a secondary education degree in Physics. Scholarship Winner: Adrianna Hudyma!

Each week throughout the summer, we will be introducing one of our scholarship winners! This week, meet Adrianna Hudyma: Adrianna Hudyma is the daughter of Mike and Jen Hudyma of Duluth. While at Denfeld High School, Adrianna was active in Knowledge Bowl (twice being a regional qualifier), Math Team, and the National Honor Society. She was in Girls Soccer, having been the team captain and receiving a Christopher Award four times. This award recognizes sportsman leadership and strong work ethic. Scholarship Winner: Kodi Intihar!

Each week throughout the summer, we will be introducing one of our scholarship winners! This week, meet Kodi Intihar: Kodi Intihar is the son of Christopher and Kristie Intihar. While at Eveleth-Gilbert High School, Kodi was in the Band and on the Knowledge Bowl Team. He was a member of the varsity football, baseball, and hockey teams. As most band members are accustomed to, Kodi has helped with pasty bakes several times. Kodi will attend UMD this fall, majoring in Civil Engineering. Kodi Is ranked #6 in his class of 58.
