Scholarship Winner: Rebekah Davidson!

Each week throughout the summer, we will be introducing one of our scholarship winners! This week, meet Rebekah Davidson: Rebekah Davidson is the daughter of Deron and Sheila Davidson of Virginia. While at Virginia High School, Rebekah was the President of the National Honor Society, which hosted events such as blood drives and Pennies for Patients. She served as Secretary of the Student Council, was in the A Capella Choir, and was a member of the Concert Band. She was a captain for both the Tennis Team and the Girls Hockey Team, where she learned how to be an effective leader. Rebekah volunteers at her church as a Sunday School teacher and has attended the ELCA Youth Convention in Houst

Scholarship Winner: Kailee Grahek!

Each week throughout the summer, we will be introducing one of our scholarship winners! This week, meet Kailee Grahek: Kailee Grahek is the daughter of Chris and Shelly Grahek of Eveleth. While at Eveleth-Gilbert High School, Kailee was a class officer serving as president, yearbook editor, and speech team captain, for which she was a state participant in 2017. She was on the Knowledge Bowl Team, Math Team, Youth in Action, and a member of the MN Honor Society. She played in the Marching Band, was on the Prom Committee, and was the stage manager for both spring and fall play productions. Remembering Douglas J. Barchus

In Remembrance of our Brothers who have ascended to the Celestial Lodge in this past year: Douglas J. Barchus Douglas J. Barchus was born September 28, 1941. In 1961, at age 20, he joined the United States Army where he was an instructor at the Army Security Agency school at Fort Devens Massachusetts. At age 29, and while on leave from the United States Army, Doug received his Entered Apprentice degree on July 7, 1971 in Pine Lodge #339 in Pine River. Only 6 days later he received his Fellowcraft degree on July 13, 1971. Again, only 8 days after that, he was raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason on July 21, 1971. Remembering William Irving Hill

In Remembrance of our Brothers who have ascended to the Celestial Lodge in this past year: William Irving Hill William Irving Hill was born May 6, 1920. He graduated from Eveleth High School in 1938 and attended Eveleth Junior College. He went on to be a licensed electrician. On December 8, 1973, at age 53, Bill was raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. Bill enjoyed a 40-year career at US Steel Electrical Department, retiring in 1981. Bill was an active mason for many years, helping in degree work, and he was known for his electrical expertise in our Lodge. He served as Worshipful Master in 1979 and afterwards served as our Lodge Treasurer. Bill was a shrewd investor and did
